- Absolute Requirement of Singlehood: This platform is strictly reserved for single Christians. By accepting this terms and condition, you solemnly attest, affirm, and declare under penalty of law that you are not legally married, separated, or bound by any civil or religious marriage contract in any jurisdiction.
- Intent to Pursue Legal Action: Christ Discipleship Church International maintains a zero-tolerance policy for marital fraud. If you are legally married and pretend to be single—thereby inducing, deceiving, or misleading members of our community under false pretenses—
- Christ Discipleship Church International will aggressively pursue civil lawsuits and legal action against you.
- Damages and Penalties: By violating this clause, you agree that you are liable for civil damages, including but not limited to:
- Misrepresentation, fraud, and breach of contract.
- Total forfeiture of any fees paid to the platform (non-refundable).
- Full accountability for all legal fees, court costs, and attorney expenditures incurred by Christ Discipleship Church International during legal proceedings.
- Immediate and permanent banning from the platform.
- I Agree – By accepting this terms and condition, I solemnly attest that I am not legally married. I acknowledge that falsification will result in legal action by Christ Discipleship Church International.
